We are fighting for a Railyards that is not just a playground for the rich, but affordable for all people of Sacramento.

Sacramento should not be subsidizing a development that doubles our downtown with just 6% affordable housing. No matter which pathway the city uses to subsidize this development, we call on them to require 25% affordable housing in the Railyards.
